The Director General Medical Education & Training, UPDGME, has released revised schedule for MBBS admission in private medical colleges and BDS admission in private dental colleges in Uttar Pradesh through mop up round.

As per the revised schedule, the date of allotment in Private medical colleges is 28 August 2019 and the date of allotment in private dental colleges is 29/30 August 2019.

The mop up round of counselling will be conducted at Kalam Center in King George’s Medical University Lucknow. Those candidates who have been admitted to BDS course can upgrade their course from BDS to MBBS through mop up round after resigning from their BDS seat.

The candidates should carry the Bank DD (only CTS Bank DD will be accepted) of Rs. 2,00,000 for private medical colleges and Rs. 1,00,000 for private dental colleges in favor of Director General Medical Education & Training UP payable at Lucknow as a security fee.

The candidates have to carry original documents with one set of self-attested photocopies of all documents for document verification during mop up round.

The candidates who select MBBS seat or BDS seat in private medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh or private dental colleges in Uttar Pradesh can prepare the DD in advance for tuition fee. The min. tuition fee amount for private medical colleges is Rs. 8.50 lakhs and for private dental colleges is Rs. 1.37 lakhs in favor of Director General Medical Education & Training UP payable at Lucknow.

The candidates who have already submitted DD and not been allotted any seat need not bring DD again. However, such candidates have to produce security fee deposition slip during mop up round process.
