  • Duration: 210 Minutes or 3 Hours and 30 Minutes
  • Scheme of Marking: 4 Marks Per Right Question
  • Negative Marking: 25% Negative Marking for each wrong answer

 

Points to Remember and follow:

  • The usage of AADHAR Card is mandatory to apply for NEET PG 2019 and NEET MDS 2019.
  • The candidates must enter their AADHAR Number, Scanned Photograph, Signature and Left Thumb Impression in the appropriate places as directed in the Application Form.
  • The application forms are available online and the online submission of the application forms is mandatory.
  • Candidates are advised to select their preferable city / Examinational Centre.
  • Only one application submission per candidate / candidature is valid for NEET PG 2019.
  • It’s advisable for the candidates to take and maintain a printout of the Application form for occasional / further references.
  • The examinational fee for the General / OBC Candidates is Rs. 3750 whereas the examinational fee for the SC / ST / P w D / PH is Rs. 2750.

NEET PG 2019 will contain various Subjects:

Phase 1 of NEET PG 2019:

Human Anatomy, Physiology, Biophysics, Biochemistry, Introduction to Community Medicine.

Phase 2 of NEET PG 2019:

Phase 2 contains the questions on Para-clinical and Clinical Domains.

 

Para-Clinical: – Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine including Toxicology and a segment of Community Medicine.

Clinical: It’s duly advisable for the candidates to concentrate on their MBBS Syllabus throughout their MBBS Studentship.

Phase 3 of NEET PG 2019:

Phase 3 will include Clinical Subjects contained in 7 semesters after the completion of Phase 1.

NEET PG 2019 Cutoff:

The NEET PG Cutoff 2019 is subjected to release online alongside the Result Declaration.

50% is mandatory for the General Category whereas 45% is mandatory for the Physically Handicapped Applicants from General Category.

40% marks are mandatory for the candidates from the categories like SC / ST / OBC / SCPH / STPH / OBC – PH.

NEET PG Counseling 2019:

The candidates will be subjected to undergo the Process of Counseling as per their rank.

The candidates have the supreme freedom to select the list of colleges as per their preferences.

Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India will be responsible to conduct centralized counseling for 50% All India Quota (AIQ) Seats.

State Medical Directorate / Counseling Authority of the State / UT will be responsible to conduct the Counseling Process for the State Quota Seats.
